Which insurance do you accept?

I accept most major insurance plans at Meridian Lighthouse Counseling, and I also offer private‑pay options for anyone not using insurance. My self‑pay rates are $150 for individual sessions and $180 for couples sessions. Below is the list of insurance plans I currently accept.
